Branding: Renue

RENUE

Renue is a start-up focused on delivering on‑demand car detailing through a seamless mobile experience. The client envisioned a brand personality that felt minimal yet timeless, aimed at an audience of luxury car owners.

With that direction, I designed the Renue identity to reflect the transformation a vehicle undergoes when using the service. I explored a range of sans serif typefaces and ultimately selected Futura PT for its clean geometry and enduring character. From its letterforms, I crafted a wave motif, an abstract symbol of natural change, that can be extracted from the logo and extended across the visual system as a flexible brand asset.

Although gray is an unconventional primary color, it became a deliberate choice: a subtle reference to the metallic finishes commonly associated with high‑end vehicles, reinforcing both sophistication and restraint within the palette.
