DOWNSTATE HEALTH FAMILY MEDICINE CLINIC WINDOWS
In March of 2024, SUNY Downstate opened the Downstate Health Family Medicine Clinic. The team requested window clings that would wrap around the corner of the building, in order to raise awareness of the new location, and share what services were being offered.
I began by researching what other clinics and businesses had done for their windows for inspiration. Using the Downstate shield as my starting point, I simplified the shape and created a step and repeat pattern for the background.
In my approach to finding imagery, I wanted to search for photos of patient care in action, to demonstrate the level of care one could receive at this clinic. I compiled appropriate stock photography and used Photoshop to mask the silhouettes of the stock photography models and match the lighting across the images. I also communicated with the vendor to ensure the proofs matched what was submitted.
